Nitrocellulose Lacquer Finish

This guitar has had a very thin nitrocellulose lacquer finish applied. While it keeps with the traditional look it also combines with the natural tone of the wood to give a very lively and reactive sound, putting you in full control of your playing.

Tonewood Combination

The tonewoods used on this model gives it a very traditional sound. The Sitka spruce on top and Honduran mahogany back and sides create a crisp tone with a good degree of attack. There is also a warmth and beautiful balance plus plenty of projection!

Hand Voiced

Each guitar by Collings has a hand-selected top that has been picked for it's density and rigidity. It's then graduated down to the desired thickness to achieve premium tonal potential.
