The Roland E-4 Aira Compact Voice Tweeker is a compact vocal FX unit that features a huge selection of vocal effects that can be manipulated via an intuitive set of real-time controls. E-4 features an internal rechargeable battery, meaning it's ready to go in any situation and features everything a vocalist needs, including pitch correction, harmonising and vocoding, plus reverb and delay effects.

Auto Pitch

Auto pitch detects the note you're singing and shifts it to the closest pitch, this can be used subtly to make your vocals sound more produced, or as the full-on glitchy effect loved by Cher, T-Pain, and Kanye West.

Harmony

The harmony feature layers the sound of your voice up at different intervals, with the ability to set the key and change chord voicings on the fly, harmony can be brought in as needed to add a sense of depth to your performance.

Vocoder

The powerful inbuilt vocoder can be used for awesome robotic effects. Driven by the large selection of synth waveforms the vocoder can be controlled via the front panel or by an external MIDI keyboard or sequencer.

Scatter

The Scatter knob can be used to bring in bursts of percussive noise, chopping your sound into little bits and creating the opportunity to add improvised excitement to your performance.

Even More Effects

In addition to the pitch and vocoding effects, the E-4 features all of the essentials a vocalist needs, including a selection of reverb, delay and chorus effects.

Looper

The 24-second looper offers unlimited overdubbing and features the option to undo and redo parts, plus the automatic tempo detection keeps your loop points perfectly in time.

Take Control

In addition to the real-time controls on the front panel, the E-4's can be controlled via MIDI and is Aira Link compatible for syncing with other Aira gear.

Voice Effects Anywhere

The internal rechargeable battery offers up to 3.5 hours of performance time, meaning you can take the E-4 out busking or perform anywhere that doesn't have power outlets.
