Sinker wood is taken from logs that have been submerged in swamps or rivers for sometimes up to a century! These ancient logs drink up all of the river’s nutrients and become very dense. The ensuing sound is especially rich and detailed and give this guitar a history even before it's played.

Combined with this Mahogany we have an Sitka Spruce top. The perfect partner to help this acoustic sing!
